What do I do? - the Practitioner

Decide with you, the client, which process(es) we will use.

Reiki/Huna/ARCH™:

• Gently lay my hands on your body beginning with the head and then moving down the body..

• Use symbols to aid in the balancing of energy.

• Serve as a vessel through which flows universal energy and unconditional love.

Time Line Therapy™:

• Listen

• Guide you through the process of releasing negatie emotions (anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt) and limiting beliefs/decisions using a variety of techniques.

What do you do? - the Client

Reiki/Huna/ARCH:™

• Lie clothed on a massage table or sit comfortably in a chair

• Receive universal energy

• Relax, possibly fall into a light sleep

Be open to experiencing:

• acceptance

• a sense of well being

• healing

• a balancing of energy

Time Line Therapy™:

• Identify what you would like to work on

• Respond to questions

• Trust your unconscious mind

• Have fun

Be open to experiencing:

• release of negative emotions and limiting beliefs/decisions

• unblocking of energy

• freedom to focus on your highest purpose
