Beth Buller
Holistic Health Practitioner

It has been my deep pleasure and delight to have been doing massage and bodywork since 1994. The ways in which to interact with the human body, mind nd spirit are infinite, which enables me to continually learn and grow in my work.

I love being able to draw from a variety of possibilities, so I have studied over the years; therapeutic massage, jin shin jyutsu, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage, deep tissue, foot reflexology, tui na and shiatsu. I also have a B. A. in psychology and French. I just love to learn and to apply what I learn to help people. I often blend different modalities to uniquely address your needs, but we can also be specific and stick to one type of work.

Grounded knowledge, intuition, wisdom, creativity, compassion and perceptive care; these are all qualities that I am cultivating in this healing art that is my work and joy.

Bodywork can create many possibilities: relaxation and stress release, easing of physical and emotional trauma or pain, more self-awareness and connectedness, more balance and harmony within.

I invite you to nurture yourself!

Therapeutic Massage helps to release muscle tension and promotes better circulation. It involves a variety of strokes from long, gentle, and relaxing to direct trigger point release. I incorporate myofascial stretches and essential oils.

Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient and gentle art that involves placing the fingertips on specific points on the body in different sequences. It is as if my hands are jumper cables with an intention to restore and harmonize energy flow. It is deeply relaxing and healing. It originated in Japan, as did Shiatsu.

Shiatsu literally means "finger pressure" and involves using fingers, hands, thumbs, forearms, knees, and feet to hold and press down meridians or energy channels of the body to facilitate energy flow. It uses the principles of Oriental Medicine. You are clothed and on a floor mat.

Craniosacral Therapy is based on the idea that cranial bones move and have a relationship with the sacral bones. The spinal fluid creates a hydraulic pressure system that ebbs and flows. The bones have a particular dance and the practitioner uses light pressure, technique and intention to encourage them to move correctly. It can also release trauma in the body by an attitude of listening and encouraging tissue to unwind and release. This work can help many issues related to pain, dysfunction, fatigue, emotional difficulties and stress.

Lymphatic Drainage also uses light touch and strokes designed to encourage the effective flow of lymph in the body. Lymph is a fluid that brings nutrients to tissue and carries away waste, but unlike blood, it does not have a pump. Lymphatic drainage helps circulation, the immune system and the nervous system. It helps pain, fatigue, edema, detoxification and a variety of other conditions. It is also deeply relaxing.
